Interior design studio Otomi Studio has created a refined and distinctive project for the Art Square Residences, a trio of apartments located in Limassol, Cyprus. At the heart of the project lies a vision to harmonize art, architecture, and interior design into a seamless living experience. From the thoughtfully curated common areas to the intricately designed apartments, every detail reflects an unwavering commitment to modern sophistication and timeless elegance.

Common Areas: A Symphony of Light and Texture

The common areas serve as a canvas where form meets functionality. Lobbies, with their walnut-clad walls and bespoke art installations, evoke the tranquility of a gallery space. Soft, museum-inspired lighting accentuates sculptural mirrors and pastel tones, inviting residents into a realm of quiet refinement. A versatile multipurpose room adapts effortlessly, hosting yoga sessions, children’s birthday parties, or lively ping pong matches. Framed by sliding doors and lush outdoor greenery, these spaces celebrate adaptability without compromising on aesthetics.
